Rainbow tropical care strives to provide the best product and the best customer service. With that being said, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If your order is damaged during delivery or found to be defective, please email us within 5 days of the receipt of your order and we will replace it as soon as possible.
Regarding international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any local taxes/customs duties that may arise. If the item is returned as undeliverable, you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

How long is shipping?
DUE TO COVID-19 Processing time is currently 2-7 business days+ the USPS shipping time after the package has been dropped off.

My order says delivered but it is not here,why?
If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information, Rainbow Tropical Care takes pride in packaging your orders with lots of love and care, we always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office, however after we drop packages off at the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
